The Llŷn Peninsula reaches out into the Irish Sea, and its properties feel it. Abersoch, Llanbedrog and the villages along the coast are exposed to salt air and driving weather for much of the year, which is why so much of the work here is careful exterior preparation and finishes specified for the exposure.

A large share of Llŷn properties are second homes and holiday lets, and that shapes how jobs are run: work planned into fixed windows between bookings or while owners are away, keys held securely, progress photographed and reported, and the house left clean and ready.
